RGodfrey, a surgical oncologist and one time ambulance driver for Acme Ambulance, is currently involved with a hospital building project, www.matibabu.com in the Nyanza District of Kenya. He is writing a biographical study of prominent women of Kenya, including Sarah Obama, which focuses on community supported medicine in East Africa. He is also participating on a community supported agricultural project in Fremont, California. His next fictional work explores the history and future of Charity Hospital, New Orleans.
